Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
By using the Hairora app you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
What Hairora does
Hairora creates AI previews of hairstyles and hair colours on photos you provide. Previews are illustrations to help you decide. Real results depend on your hair, your stylist and many other factors, so we can’t guarantee a cut will look exactly like the preview.
Your photos
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission.
- Don’t upload photos of children without a parent’s consent, or anything illegal, sexual or hateful.
- You keep the rights to your photos and your looks. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
Credits
- A hairstyle try-on uses 1 credit and a colour change uses ½ credit. The price is shown before you start.
- If a try-on fails, the credit is returned automatically. The first re-try of each look is free.
- Free credits are given once per device. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- Credits earned from rewarded videos are added after the ad network confirms the video was completed, up to a daily limit.
Hairora Plus and purchases
- Hairora Plus is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the price shown in the app until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date, to avoid the next charge. You keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
- Payments, refunds and billing are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. If a purchase is refunded, unused credits from it are removed.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and don’t renew.
Fair use
Don’t misuse the service, for example by trying to get free credits through multiple accounts, automating requests, or interfering with the app or its servers. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Hairora running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features and prices; changes to these terms will be posted here with a new date.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Hairora is provided “as is” and we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on a preview. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
