Delete your account

This page is for the Hairora: AI Hairstyle Try-On app for Android, published by Hairora.

Fastest: delete in the app

1. Open Hairora and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete all my data at the bottom.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Enter the Account ID from the app (Profile → Account ID, tap to copy), or the email you signed in with using Google or Apple. We delete the account within 30 days and won’t contact you for any other reason.

What we delete

• Your photos and every look created from them
• Your lookbook, face shape, hair texture and style preferences
• Your account, sign-in details (name, email, picture), credits and notification token

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase records (product, date, amount; no card details) for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 8 years.
• A one-way device marker so free starter credits aren’t granted again on the same phone. It contains no personal details.
• This deletion request as proof that we processed it.

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription: cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
